Returns and Exchanges

If you're unhappy with your order, please contact us immediately. We are committed to providing quick and efficient customer service.

If you would like to return anything in your DinaFit package, for return or exchange, you are welcomed to do so within 14 days of delivery, provided the relevant item(s) has not been handled or used and is returned in a saleable condition.
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and either refund your order or send you a new item. Returns of items with damaged packaging will incur a handling charge to be designated by us on a per product basis. This does not affect your statutory rights. The package is your responsibility until it reaches us, always retain proof of receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are insured for the full value during their journey back to us. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods.

DinaFit is committed to keeping our carbon foot print as low as possible, for the consideration of our environment, that is why we kindly ask for you to contact us first, in order for us to arrange a return with one of our couriers. For non-faulty items please note we will not be able to cover the cost of gift wraps, initial shipping, return shipping or replacement shipping.
